Web View Disconnect Time

Hi,

I find that we are disconnected from a Perspectives web view after a period of non-use and must log in again.

Is there a way of setting this value?

Hi!

Quick guess (not sure if it's true): default timeout is 30 minutes.

You MIGHT be able to change the value in by editing the web.xml INSIDE the vmo.war in the %VCOINSTALLATIONDIR%/app-server/server/vmo/deploy/vmo-server directory (see attached screenshot)

And another guess: That would be absolutely unsupported :smileylaugh:!
