Vco-Controlcenter 7.3.1 not available

Hello Community,

i have a vRO 7.3.1 appliance installed. But i have the problem with the vco-controlcenter, when trying to open it there is an error: internal processing error - The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

When stopping vco and resetting the authentication settings - i can login to vco controlcenter, but after a reboot the same problem occurs again. The orchestrator client can be used without problems, it opens, i can login.

Following logs, when trying to open vco-controlcenter.

server.log:

I had a zoom session with the vmware support but they couldn´t find anything. They told me only to stop the service before resetting the authentication. I´ve did this but no change of the previously reported error. Maybe anyone of you guys have the same issue?

CdcFactory-related warnings can be safely ignored.

Any clues in CeontrolCenter logs?
