Synchronizing elements between vCOs not possible...

Hello All,

In the version 3.x, it was possible to easily synchronise workflows, actions, cfgelements, etc between 2 Orchestrators, (TEST--> PROD for example) with the context tool "synchronize"...

But with the new 4.1 version, I get this error:

Can't commit -- Unable to commit the remote server does not know your server certificate.

The drop-down menu display only none or delete task.

Could someone help me to fix thi issue ?

Thank you in advance.

Bz

Hi Bz,

please try to export certificate via Tools->Certificate Manager and import this using same tool on the other server - maybe vice versa.

Hi there,

On your source server, export a workflow, action, or package... Import it into the destination server - accept and trust the certificate on this first import. After you have completed this, try again to synchronize from the source to destination.

Let me know if that helps Smiley Happy

Hello Burke,

Thank you for your  help.

Unfortunately, the export/import process didn't solve the commit issue.

I can only update from remote server to local server and never from local to remote (commit)...

I noticed that I didn't get the "accept and trust the certificate on this first import" message.
