Search action with result, in presentation is empty

Hi all

I have now seen 2 installations of vRO 7, with this problem.

The problem is that when editing a workflow, and working on the Presentation. If I want to use a Action for something like "Default value" or "Predefined Answers", the search box for selecting a action is empty.

It is empty when the view is opened and no matter what I search it remains empty.

I have attached a screenshot from my own lab-environment where it works, but the other installations (customer-production) installations, this view is just empty.

Any suggestions on how to get this to work/update?

Hi,

Your vRO 7 installations are configured with MSSQL database, right?

This is a vRO-with-MSSQL specific issue. Check the thread https://communities.vmware.com/thread/529401 where I provided a workaround.

Yes, these installations use MS SQL as the backend database.

I will look into getting one of the workarounds implemented.
