Request catalog through VCO

I installed the 6.0.1 plugin in VCO and was able to configure it.  I am attempting to replace my blueprint.provision script with the new requestcatalogitem.  I am getting this error:  [null] null (Dynamic Script Module name : requestCatalogItem#1)

Any ideas?

Yes, it's more or less a known issue. We've seen that in some environments, the infrastructure services return "null" instead of an empty list of properties when getting the form fields, and the initial version of the plug-in didn't expect that. You can find here a technical preview build which should solve this issue:
