Reference search error

On vRO 7.2.1.6436335. I am getting some sort of timeout when trying to use reference search

Nothing in the server.log that explains this problem. Application is fine and fully functional otherwise.

Workflow library is fairly large, more than 1500 just for workflows alone.

Any known issues or other pointers?

Just to clarify - by 'reference search' you mean you right-click on some element like workflow, and from the context menu choose the command 'Find elements that use this element', right?

Could you provide the full exception stack trace? Also, in addition to server.log, could you also check the client-side log file vso.log?

Yep thats the one - searching for other workflows that use current element with procedure you described.

That's as much detail as I get from the gui client. Good point about client log, attaching pertinent snippet.

FWIW, I am able to do the same search on other appliances of the same version, using the same client. though library sizes are much smaller where search completes without issues.
