Problem authenticate on SSO

I'm facing a problem when I try to authenticate with SSO, I get stuck on the screen below and can't understand why.

is this the actual screenshot of the configuration page?

It looks kind of weird.

Normally under the Group filter input box, there should be a dropdown box where you choose which group will be the vCO admin group and then there's a "update Orchestrator confiruation" button on the bottom.

Have you tried to restart the appliance?

It's strange indeed, and yes I tried many times and users but always get the same page.

And do you see that little exclamation mark ? I can't get the message related, if there is one.

I remember we had an open bug about it. It was happening after some exception(s) thrown during SSO registration that caused UI code to get confused.

I'll try to dig more info in our internal bug database when this was reported and in which version it was fixed.
