Orchestrator Compatible with HP Service Center?

Is it true that Orchestrator can interact with change ticketing software by checking if a change ticket is approved and then executing a workflow? Anyone use Orchestrator with HP Service Center? Anyone use Orchestrator for automated ESX patching with VUM?

Actually, their is no HP Service Center plug-in provided with vCO.

What you can do:

- Write your own plugin, or

- Use the vCO web service from HP Service Center to run workflows when tickets needs a workflow

About VUM, I have no idea right now

The VC API for the VUM functionality is pretty cryptic right now. What some of our customers have done is to write the workflows that scp the files and ssh out to the ESX hosts and install the patch. It should be pretty straight forward.
