How is NTP configured by default on Orchestrator, and where do I change the default setting?

the appliance syncs it's time againgst the ESXi host it runs on by default.
You can change this by launching the config website on https://your-vco-ip:5480 and go to Admin -> Time Settings

Actually, I went back into the configuration page, and under the "Admin" tab, there is no "time settings" option. I'm on version 5.5. Is the setting somewhere else possibly?
