Load balanced setup

I'm working on setting up a new vRA 7 distributed environment, including load balanced orchestrator servers.  The main thing i'm not understanding yet is how do the load balanced servers stay in sync with the same workflows?  Is this just a manual step, each time I change a workflow..copy it to the secondary node?  Or is there a setting that would keep them synced up?

To use the Orchestrator behind a load ballancer it is very useful to operate the orchestrators as a cluster.

Orchestrator provides a application based clustering. This requires a central database instead of the usage of the local databases. So there is no need to synchronize workflows beetwenn load ballanced nodes. Both nodes will than have the same workflows.
