I have a requirement to be able to deploy VMs of a fixed MHZ size.
I believe this can only be achieved via the CPU Limit Function.
My question is whether it is best to have a common build VM template and limit the CPU post deployment or to have the Limit set at the template level and deploy different templates for different offerings?
Does anyone else do this?
If so how?
