Error 500 on Orchestrator Appliance Home Page

I'm attempting to access my orchestrator appliance home page at

http://OrchestratorIPaddress

and getting this error:

The website cannot display the page

This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.

For more information about HTTP errors, see Help.

But the Orchestrator Configuration Page at https://OrchestratorIPAddress:8283

and the appliance configuration page at https://OrchestratorIPAddress:5480

Both work fine.  Why would configuration pages work fine but home page return a 500 error?

Thanks!

It sounds like you went into the Orchestrator Configuration page and changed the network setting from 0.0.0.0 to the actual ip address of the server ... change it back to 0.0.0.0, restart the service and tell me if it works now Smiley Wink

Also - tried rebooting and that didn't help.  Also I don't have any firewall between and it was working up until a certain point - not sure what changed.

Try https://OrchestratorIPaddress - should redirect you to vRO home page on port 8281.

Indeed - the issue was I changed it from 0.0.0.0 to the IP of the appliance.  Redployed it without doing that and now it works.  Thanks!
