Database configuration issue (Orchestrator 4.1)

Hello,

I'm trying to configure VCO 4.1, but at the database part I get the following error message:

Cannot connect to jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://<servername>:1433/<databasename>;domain=<domain>;instance=<instance>;useNTLMv2=true. Connection error was: Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication.

The database is MSSQL 2008R2

Configured is a named instance and the use of dynamic TCPIP ports is disabled.

Using mixed mode authentication.

I'm installing with the account that has dbo rights.

We're using VCenter 4.0U1 with ESX4.0U1.

Please advice,

Take a look at:

* Click Right on the database.

  • After Properties * Security<span style="background-color: #ffffff">* Has two options for user authentication "windows" or "accounts"

* Select account that is the case
