Cannot connect to host.

I have installed vCenter 4.1. vCO is also installed. I configured vCO successfully but some vCO clients cannot connect to vCO server.

1) vCO client on the vCO server can connect to vCO server and I can login.

2) vCO client on the same subnet machine can connect to vCO server and I can login.

3) vCO clients on the differnt subnet machine cannot connect to vCO server.

4) vCO clients on the remote site cannot connect to vCO server.

Is there any way to connect from all the machines ?

The vCO is with vCenter server. I can connect to vCenter server from all the machines. Remote desktop can connet to the server from all the machines.

The server and the clients have no firewall.

I issued telnet to vCO server ports from the remote site and all the vCO server ports were working.

I had the same issue, some system could connect other could not. I resolved the issue by rolling back the version of java on the systems you are getting the connection error on to 6 Uxx
