Best load balancer rule for vCO 5.5x cluster with active nodes?

I'm deploying vCO 5.5x in a cluster configuration and looking for a best practice load balancer rule configuration (e.g. round robin, least response time, sticky session, etc.) for active/active nodes.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts or opinions on this.
