Azure Plugin: How to attach managed disks using vRO

Hello,

I've been trying to attach a managed disk on an Azure machine by using the "Attach New Managed Disk to VM".

There are two options cachingType and diskSkuType and I can't figure what to use. I attempted to use the SKU's displayed over here (Select a disk type for Azure IaaS Windows VMs - managed disks - Azure Windows Virtual Machines | Mic... ) and it does not work. If I put both the SKU and the diskSize, it just create Standard HDD, so I can't use SSD or premium.

Any hints?

Hi,

Did you try with Premium_LRS as disk SKU type ? This will allow you to use premium type of disk (SSD).

Thanks.

Yeah, tried those values (as they stated in the REST api from azure) still no luck.
