AxisFault : (503)Service Unavailable

Hello,

I had these errors below occur in the server log file and would like to know more information about them if possible.

Is this an error within Ochestrator or an error that Orchestrator could not connect to the vCenter server?

2012-11-19 16:08:48.830-0600 ERROR [VimSession] invokeWebServiceOperation() [<ACCOUNT_NAME>@https://<SERVER_FQDN>:443/sdk/Main#7e14b389].refreshDatastore --> AxisFault : (503)Service Unavailable

Throughout the entire day there are many of the same "AxisFault : (503)Service Unavailable" errors, here's the log of the first occurence:

2012-11-19 05:03:38.485-0600 ERROR [VimSession] invokeWebServiceOperation() [<ACCOUNT_NAME>@https://<SERVER_FQDN>:443/sdk/Main#7e14b389].checkForUpdates --> AxisFault : (503)Service Unavailable

**I replaced the account name <ACCOUNT_NAME> and server fqdn <SERVER_FQDN> above

Orchestrator Version:  4.1.1 build 733

vCenter Version:  4.1.0 Build 345043

Thank you for your help!

robrtb12,

If I had to guess, I would say that it looks like your Orchestrator instance is having issues connecting to the vCenter server for API access.

1) Are you running Orchestrator on a separate server or is it running on your vCenter server?

2) When do you see these events generated? Do they only happen during a reboot of your vCenter server?
