Related errors point to the fact that the certificate on the host where you are trying to point to (the one that you removed in the screenshot) does not match the name/ip that you use.  So for instance if you point to my.server.domain, check if that machine has a certificate that contains my.server.domain, or if you point to an ip address like 10.1.2.3 check if the cert contains ip address 10.1.2.3.

thank you for the reply.

Actually VMware support saying compatibility issue. I was trying to register a vRO 8.2.0 to vRA 7.4.0 which i cannot do according to them.

Ah yes sure.
vRA/vRO 7.x and vRA/vRO 8.x are very different.
Also for authentication, which you are trying to "mix", things have significantly changed.

I wonder why you would even want to mix vRA 7.4 with vRO 8.2?
Because even when you would get authentication working, you are going to run into the next incompatibilities like payloads/properties and stuff like that.
