where is my option for 'configuring credentials'

Logged into vcops and can't find this option: Environment>Configuration> Credentials:

What am I missing?  Using version 5.8.2

You're using the vSphere UI, which doesn't have that menu. Go log in to /custom and you'll see that menu.
