Hi All
vROPs 8.5 just like to know what is yours experience with vrops alerts. Just notice that some alerts will take long time before they change status from active to inactive even if wait/cancel cycle is set 1/1 (default 5 min). The issue is resolve but alerts like object is down remain active sometimes for 2 days! I thought they should change status after one cycle?
Let me know what is your experience.
