vRealize Operations pluing within vCenter it was inhibited

what could to be happening?

How I can restart that service?

as now vsphere 6.7 comes with a vrealize plug-in I had tried to install a new instance of vrealize operations manager from the plug-in option, but the installation was not installed.

What I did was to perform a normal installation from the vcenter with the OVA. with the option deploy OVF template, the applince is already installed and the node is configured and I can see it from the vrealize plu-in as well, that is, it is not inhibited anymore.
