vRealize Operations Manager vSphere Web Client plugin does not work!

Hi guy, I upgrade my vRealize Operations Manager environment and after that, I can't see the Health State information by the vSphere Web Client. I followed the Migration to vRealize Operations Manger 6.0 Tutorial available in VMware Youtube channel and after change my vCenter Operations Manager 5.8 vApp to the new vRealize Operations Manager 6.0 server the vCenter Operations Manager plugin still direct to my old vCenter Operations Manager vApp environment.

Error Message:

Cannot connect to the vCenter Operations server. Check your network connection, and the running state of the virtual machines in the vCenter Operations Manager vApp.

Does anyone knows how can I change the vCenter Operations Manager plugin to my new environment?

Look the screenshots to understand my problem.

Thanks buddy. In fact, I had to do that to solve the issue, but I removed the previous configuration before. I had to open https://<vcenter IP>/mob, locate the old vCenter Operations Manager 5.8 configuration in Contents, ExtensionManager and UnregisterExtesion "com.vmware.vcops". After that, I did the same way like you said and done! Thanks for your help.
