vRealize Operations Manager 6 - Trial and issue

Good morning --

I recently deployed the trial for vRealize Operations Manager 6. I've got 2 vCenter servers added, one seems to be working fine but the other is showing the attached as critical problems. I've done a little searching but haven't found anything clear on the cause or resolution to these messages. I'm hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.

there might be services on your vCenter which are not running, or inaccessible.

It looks like this was the issue, should have followed the old rule of trying to restart it first.
