vRealize Operations Management Pack for Storage Devices and Brocade FC Switches

Hello,

I tried to configure vRealize Operations Management Pack for Storage Devices in combination with Brocade FC Switches (via Brocade Network Advisor - BNA).

But the discovery of the BNA does not work. Adapter Logs:

The original Brocade Management Pack works fine with the same BNA.

To hande the SSL Exception i tried to change the settings in "config.properties", but the same error occured:

DISABLE_CERTIFICATE_CHECK = true

Adding the Certificates to the truststore "/storage/vcops/user/conf/ssl/tcserver.truststore." has also no effect.

Any suggestions how to handle “untrusted fabric CIM servers”?

OK, solved it.

By using the Short Name of the BNA Server (IP and FQN dont work for me) the Cert for SMI Agent was imported in vROPS.
