vRealize Operations Alert customization

I am looking for a way of adding a Ticket ID / Link to an alert as a way of identifying the alerts that are ticketed.

Is there something available?

Can I change the structure of the alerts table?

Done with Tags and a REST call or two?

Starting in v6.1.0, you can use the API to add notes to vR Ops Alerts, no adjusting "tables" or anything like that. This is how you'd push Incident/ticket IDs from you ITSM solution to vR Ops alerts.
