vROps HA - outage in the Alert notification after the cluster failover event

Hello,

Does anybody have deep knowledge in vROps 6.5 HA?

Our experience is that there is a cca 15 mins long outage in the Alert notification (REST outbound adapter) after a cluster failover event while the UI is continuously available.

This is because collector needs 3 cycles to be up and running after the cluster is restarted.
