vROps Error When Importing vCOps 5.8.3 Source

I'm getting the following error when trying to import my vCOps instance in to my vROps instance. vRops is completely empty and a fresh deployment.

I have come across this error when the vROps instance you are wishing to import to has HA enabled, is this the case for you?

Negative. HA is not enabled.

Ah OK.

Might be worth checking hostname of the vROps instance and check DNS given it's complaining about an unknown host (an idea only)

What version of vROps is this? (have you patched it with the most recently released patch?)
