vROPS Open in vSphere Web Client Link Not Working

When selecting the "Open Virtual Machine in vSphere Web Client", "Open Host in vSphere Web Client" or any other action that links to the Web Client from vROPS, I get a "This page can't be displayed" error. Our Web Clients are separate from our vCenter servers, and the URL that vROPS attempts to open is the URL of the vCenter server itself. In vROPS is there any way to modify the Web Client URL for a vCenter server?

Thanks

I would suggest you to check your web browser. I faced the same issue when i used IE8

vRealize Operations Manager release supports the following Web browsers:

    • Google Chrome: Latest and most previous release
    • Mozilla Firefox: Latest and most previous release
    • Safari: Latest
    • Internet Explorer for Windows 10 and 11

Note: There might be issues with slower performance if Internet Explorer 10 or 11 is used.

The minimum supported resolution is 1024 x 768.

It was told by vmware support that vROPS does not support vsphere client or web client. So any links in this client does not work. You need to use vROPS web console for activity. Also you apply license in vROPS console not in vCenter license manager any more. You can not even install vROPs plugin in vsphere client.
