vROPS 8.2.0 - Can't install Telegraf Agent - Bootstrap Failed for VM .... with error message...

I can't install the Telegraf Agent below errors is occurring any suggestions.

Please check if the required ports are open for communication.

Ensure you have met the prerequisites to be able to install telegraf agent from vRops UI.
