I have not done much with the costing in vrops but i do know there is a licence section but i would have to guess it wont show the likes of SQL unless you use the service discovery (this is a complete guess if this does add it on but would make scene)
The only other way would be to add it is as an additional cost section but not sure how you would tie it to a specific object.
