vROP - NTP and time zone settings

Nice to greet you, I would like to clarify a question I have regarding the vROP NTPs.

When deploying vROP, I must set the time zone to vm.

This time zone must correspond and match the time zone configured on the NTP server.

Or can it be left as ETC / UTC by default, regardless of the time zone configured in the NTP server?
