vR Operations Active Directory Advanced Settings

I'm having trouble getting A/D integration going.  With other products using A/D or LDAP integration I have to specify the OU for users and groups for the application to search as we have nested users and groups.  For some reason, vROPS has the "default" as an LDAP query language and I've never done this in the past.  I can't seem to find any "tips" on google either specific to vROPS.

For example:  with other integrations I've had to use user base DN search as "OU=admin-users,OU=users,OU=org,DC=mycompany,DC=com" and for groups base DN as "OU=admin-users,OU=groups,OU=org,DC=mycompany,DC=com".

Any ideas on what the highlighted fields should use?
