vCenter does not give all the metrics about the cluster on vrops 6.7

Hello.

Faced a problem when creating dashboard in vrops. Cluster object does not collect tags about vCPU to pCPU and others. There are now 2 active hosts and 1 virtual machine on each. It was created more than a month ago. Is there a way to fix it without rebuilding the cluster?

You may consider deploying the vROPS EPOP (end point operations) agent on the servers that the cluster resides on. There may be some duplication of metrics from the agent and the vCenter adapter, but without looking at all the metrics, I can't recall which ones may be duplicates.

Works for me Check

  1. it is enabled in your policy.
  2. Is it working on another cluster if so do they both have the same policy
  3. If it is enabled in the policy and still not being collected you could try and take vrops offline and bring it back on again
