vCOP URl is not launching "Unable to connect the Server"

I have deployed VMware vCenter Operation Manager version 5.7.1.0 on ESXi 5.0 U2 Build #914586 host machine. Both VMs (Analytics VM &  UI VM) are switched On under the vApp but vCenter Operation Manager URL is not launching and  browser prompt "Unable to connect the Server' error message.

Please help out .....

Did you ran through the initial setup and configured the correct IP/DNS? (https://<UI>/admin) - are all services running?

Thank you Bouke for reply, Actually, i am trying to launch it first time. I will configure it after accessing URL.

Since this is a brand new setup I would recommend to redelpoy the vApp and try again.

The other option is to log into UI vm and check the logs for something suspicious.

After redeploying OVF file  on another host machine, Issue has been resolved.
