I have one cluster with two esx hosts (in two different datacenters) i have san that the guest is installed on. I wonder a bit what kind of requierments there are for it to be a "seemless" failover between the hosts. So if one of the hosts goes down, the virtual machine moves to the other host? I have enabled high avalibility on the cluster and it works.
