shoot - just noticed this in the release notes:

If you use the vSphere Client to connect to the vCenter Operations Manager monitoring interface, verify that a supported Internet Explorer version is installed where the vSphere Client runs.

GAAAA - this vcenter server has IE 11 on it. That's probably what is causing the errors?

In general, using FF or Chrome works best for vc ops.

But it might be that you hit some ui bug though ...

FYI that is Foundation mode, if you have a licenses (trial or purchased), do apply it
