network traffic is blocked and can not generate the report !

i have new install the Vrealize Operation manager

after Analise i have show this risk

what is that and what am i doing ?

other problem is when click on generate template report dont show anything ! what should i do ?

seems like there are some problem with your vcops port configuration or can be firewall issue.
