I havent heard about any script but here is the steps that helps in installing EPOPS agent simultaneously on multiple targets:

Getting the above error while installing ep-agent remotely with a syntax "d:\Agent-x86-64-win-6.6.2-7758652.exe /DIR=C:\ep-agent /VerySilent -serveraddress <FQDN/IP>"

Could you check to with which machine this message is pointing to .

Also check if there are any process really using this file ? or is there epops agent or file being already existing .

Close all programs that are active and click on 'retry'. If the same error keeps appearing, then just click on 'ignore' and let the installation continue. If this does not work, reboot the machine and re-attempt .

we have tried installing on remote machine and got this error and also while running we have closed all the programs, still getting the error.
