What's the different between Write Requests and Writes per Second in vCOPs?

I got performance issue on my farm, when I try to figure out by vCOPs I noticed there are two similar metrics Write Requests and Writes per second.

Do you know what is the different between the two metrics?

IO reqs vs actual IO writes. Reqs will usually be higher and includes administrative scsi commands. Writes per second is closest to IOPS.
