Vrops Waiting for Analytics Error

Hi, 

We have 2 node vRealize Operations Manager running on 6.6 version. While trying to login, getting "Data Retriever is not initialized yet. Please wait" error. Upon checking at admin console, showing "waiting for Analytics"  status for both Master and Data nodes. No NTP issues (vRealize Operations Manager Analytics Cluster fails to start with the status Waiting for Analytics (...) and storage/db, storage/log are having enough free space. 

How to check where could the issue? i.e. logs file path. Please suggest.

We ran into a similar issue several months ago, but that was on v8.1 or 8.2. We ended up opening a support request for this. What we eventually found was that on at least one of our servers was that the cluster name was incorrect. VMware had us run a script and do some file modifications. I'm not sure of the exact steps off hand though.

Yes, there is command you can run thru SSH but I recommend getting it from VMware support. There is a few steps to run to ensure safe file modification.
