Vcops : Understanding the "Virtual Machine Capacity Overview Report"

Example : for a cluster

1) Label "Host CPU Limited Demand" :

Is it the sum of the "CPU Limited Demand" of each host ?
If yes, how come that the average "VM CPU Limited Demand" of the cluster multiplied by the average number of VM deployed on the cluster does not equal the "Host CPU Limited Demand" (on the current week)?

Is it the average of the "CPU Limited Demand" per host ?
If yes, how come that the average "VM CPU Limited Demand" multiplied by the average number of VM deployed per host (number of VM deployed on the cluster divided by the number of hosts) does not equal the "Host CPU Limited Demand" (on the current week) ?

What is the "CPU Limited Demand" of a host ?
Is it the sum of the "CPU Limited Demand" of each VM in the host ?

2) Why do we have for VMs the label "VM CPU/Memory Demand" and don't we have for hosts the label "Host CPU/Memory Demand" but only "Host CPU/Memory Limited Demand" ?
