Values Format in vROPs

Hi everyone,

I find the vrops value format is a little bit confusing. For example Latency is : 1,343.4 ms. What that does mean ? 1 ms or 1 s ?

to me it is one thousand three hundred and 43.4 ms which is 1.34 seconds
