VROPS 6.6 - Capacity Relaimable Dashboard - "The view does not exist"

Hi,

We have upgraded to vROps 6.6 when looking at the Capacity Reclaimable dashboard a number of the tables are blank with "the view does not exist. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this as the tables with the large VMs would be particular useful.

We have this very same error on the native VSAN dashboards..  there is a Hotfix from GSS that you need to request...

However it has not fixed our problem..

One thing to note is that we use the Standard licence..  which when I checked is not covered for the native VSAN dashboards..

Which licence version are you using btw?

We have the same behavior in our environment since we have updated to 6.6. 6.6.1 did not solve the problem. And we have standard licence implementetd as well, so we haven't the possibility to edit the dashboard for troubleshooting.

Are there any news about this error?

Howdy,

Just experienced this issue going from a fresh 6.3 standard VROPS install and upgrading to 6.6.1.  Worked with the excellent VROPS support team and determined that there were several 'Views' missing from my upgraded VROPS - hence the error about view not existing.  Not sure if those views were deleted as part of the upgrade, incorrectly renamed, etc...  Would recommend opening a case with VROPS support team so they can assist you in getting this resolved.
