VMware vRealize Orchestrator Management Pack shows Inventory Trees (0) - no vRO workflows

vROps 8.1.1 instance. Looking in Repository, have VMware vRealize Orchestrator 3.1.15876654 Management Pack installed and View Content shows Inventory Trees (0) - no vRO workflows.  Had upgraded from prior vRO Management Pack and do not know if this issue existed in prior version.  vRO is working in the vROps instance but vRO Workflows does not show up in Object Hierarchy so I'm not able to provide Workflow permissions to a group.  Any suggestions to fix?

Took cluster offline.  Took snapshots of all nodes and brought the cluster back online.  Re-installed the VMware vRealize Orchestrator Management Pack and all components installed successfully including Inventory Tree.
