VCOPS deployment plan

Hi Everyone,

      I am looking for development of the vCOPS deployment technical plan in vSphere  5.5 environment.Please suggest  how to deploy ? Any help will be much appreciated.

You may end up taking too much time integrating 3rd party solutions... in my past experience the more piecemeal you have, the more difficult it is to manage. You end up having 3 or 4 different vendors with different support, different ways to access...upgrading issues etc. Keep it in the family Smiley Happy

Thanks for your response. Few points i missed sorry for that.what I was looking for a business case, a reason to pursue vcops over other tools, and why it is better than competing tools.My company

want to know before purchasing VCOPS. I appreciate your help.  Thanks

Thanks for your response. Last question Where i can get smtp settings VCOPS 5.8.3 in Eval mode. I am not able to find

get it from https://iporfqdn of your vcopsserver/admin

you will get the smtp option there.

Should be in the web ui. Do you see that when logging into the web ui?

goto https://ip.of.your.UIvm

login with root/vmware and you will find it in there
