hello, i have a problem with my integration from SAP and VCOPS, this picture its a collector logs, any idea from this error??

You will have to download the JCO files from SAP site and move them into the vCOPS host(to the collector folder). have you done that? The documentation says its optional but it did the trick for us.

If you are asking if you have to download it and then follow the KB, Yes.
