User sessions dropping before session timeout setting

vROps 8.1, users accessing UI with Firefox and Chrome having sessions dropped before the session timeout setting in global settings.  Occurring in multiple vROps instances. Anyone seen this before?

Been 8.1 since 3 weeks after it cam out and not had any problems like this
