Unable to receive email notifications from vCOPS.
Initially identified that the SMTP server was hung and the fix that issue, however still we are not able to receive any alerts.
Disabled and enabled the SMTP config, still no change.
Able to telnet to the SMTP server from the vcops server
SMTP process is running in vcops server.
Need help.
- email alerts are being sent from the Analytics VM.
- you can check the analytics.log there for any errors
Can you send a test email from "Admin - Configure Outbound Alert"?
