Unable to login after upgrade 6.0 to 6.3.1

Hi,

Did an upgrade of my vrealize appliance 6.0 to 6.3.1

Besides the upgrade off the app.pak file took a very long time i'm unable to login.

I had an local admin account with the same password for the WebUi and the admin page.

After the upgrade i'm able to login to the admin site but am unable to login to the normale Ui.

I did see a few exclamation marks in the upgrade log.

Validating there are no Active Self Monitoring Alerts existing on the cluster

{2 active alerts ". alert definition: notification event vcenter user refresh

failed for user domain\username alert definition: error synchronizing

user information with vmware vrealize.

Validate the gemfire locator addresses
Zero length field name in format
Validate the locators in the gemfire.properties file are correct.

Help would be appreciated.

6.0 to 6.3 did a database vendor chance in the back-end hence the long time for the upgrade.

Couple of questions

1. The local admin account you are using is that the built in admin account or one you created or a vcenter user
2. on the admin UI is everything online
3. on the product ui are you getting the login and when you put the user and password in is that failing or do you not get the login
