Symmetrix Storage adapter for 56 vapp

IS anyone using the Symm storage adapter for the vapp 5.6? Are you getting first and second level metrics? which mount command is persistent and works from the vapp os?

For anone trying to use this adapter. Permissions are tricky. Not clear at all from pdf provided. Documentation on 56 stuff has been inaccurate several times so far.

The documentation for that adapter is really bad.

Check out the blog post a colleague and I wrote:

It covers setup start to finish, including permissions, and some changes to the documentation so you dont end up in an unsupported symcli config.

Lastly, the adapter only provides director and cache statistics - nothing on disks or devices or storage groups.
